JOB DETAILS:
Our Client is in the Steel Industry and looking for a sales manager in KITWE
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not subject to:
• Sourcing potential new customers.
• Maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
• Traveling to the customer's location to talk about our product range.
• Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products.
• Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products.
• Composing tender documents and customer proposals.
• Generating purchase orders and sales receipts.
• Maintaining strong customer relations.
• Attending product training courses and seminars.
• Meeting sales targets.
Key Skills
• Mastering technical features of products and services being sold
• Using client relationship management software to track and analyze sales productivity
• Evaluating and selecting sales talent based on company needs
• Training and coaching team to be great salespeople
• Conducting product demonstrations using public speaking and sales skills
Qualifications
• 5 Years of Experience
• Degree in Business Administration or related field. Rigging related qualification added advantage.
• Previous experience as a Sales Executive.
• Trading/Sales/Operations Experience essential
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
