JOB DETAILS:
Armaguard Security Limited a leading Security provider is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Technical Services Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the duties below;
• Increase market share and Sales volume for alarms, monitoring, CCTV and Access control other product lines
• Drive operational efficiencies within the department to attain target sales volume and gross margins.
• Drive high standards of workmanship on installations/repairs and positive work culture.
• Managing the performance, training of ongoing development of Armaguard’s Technicians and set KPIs.
• Manage the following process for all electronic security:
• Job costing and quotations.
• Technical input for Tender submissions.
• Technical system design, Installations and programming of equipment.
• Daily work schedule for Technicians
• Job costing sheets and summary reports to accounts.
• Stock management.
• GSM sim card cost analysis and accuracy
• Build new and foster existing customer relationships to maximize Armaguard brand and technical product range.
• Network within the industry
• Maintain regular client visitation to evaluate SLA and set performance benchmarks.
• Provide management with reports covering business activity, customer satisfaction, and other key measures of performance within the department.
• Keep abreast of the latest technological developments in the industry.
• Carry out any other assignment instructed by your Superiors from time to time.

Qualifications And Skills
• Full grade 12 certificate with 5 credits or better in Mathematics and English
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Science or any related field.
• Previous work experience as Electronics Technician or in any similar role.
• Conversant with CCTV, Alarms and Access control monitoring.
• Time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communications and customer relations
• Clean criminal record
