JOB DETAILS:
• Are you looking for a temp role in administration? MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE Please drop off your CV at our offices. You will be assisting our team with ad hoc activities.
• This role is paid weekly

Responsibilities:
• Data Entry into Excel, word, and online account program
• Day-to-day support to the team on documentation creation
• Some liaison with team members

Required skills and qualifications
• Two or more years of experience in office management
• Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability
• Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information

Preferred skills and qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in developing internal systems
• Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms
