1.     Background

Zambia Civic Education Association (ZCEA) is a human rights non-governmental, not for profit organization that promotes and protects children’s rights through advocacy and civic education for the children’s wellbeing.

In order to improve its operations, ZCEA is seeking interested suppliers to bid for the supply and delivery of a motor vehicle.

2.     Tender Details

Supply and delivery of motor vehicle (1) with the below specifications:

Make: Toyota

Model: Auris or Axio

Colour: White or Metallic gray

Engine Capacity: 1500cc

Year of Make: 2010 – 2015

Engine Type: 1NZ

Mileage:  40,000km and below

3.      Expected Deliverables

Delivery period is 8-10 Weeks

4.     Duration of Bid Submission

Sealed Bids should be submitted not later than 18th March, 2022 before close of business at the Zambia Civic Education Association offices on 2 Azikiwe Crescent off Manchinchi Road, Northmead Lusaka.

The bids must be appropriately bound, sealed and clearly marked “tender for the supply and delivery of motor vehicle”- zcea/01/2022 addressed to the Executive Director.

5.     Required Experience

The bidder must have carried out similar work with traceable references of having supplied and delivered motor vehicles.

6.     Requirements of invitation to bid

Interested bidder should submit the following documents:

i.          Bidding documents.

ii.          References indicating past experience and previous similar assignments should also be included.

The bids should include all applicable taxes. If taxes are not mentioned in the bid, ZCEA shall consider that the bid is inclusive of all required taxes.
