The National Housing Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible Security Service providers to bid for the provision of security services to the National Housing Authority as per schedule of requirements in the solicitation document.

Bidding will be conducted using the Open National Bidding Procurement method specified in the Public Procurement Act number 8 of 2020, section 39 and is open to eligible bidders as defined in the Bidding document that meet the qualification criteria

Selected eligible bidders may obtain further information from The Head - Procurement and Supplies Unit, National Housing Authority and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 08:00 hours to 13:00 hours and from 14:00 hours to 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday.

However, Telegraphic And/or Electronic Offers Will Not Be Accepted.

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K1,000.00 or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency at the prevailing exchange rate in cash or by Bank certified cheque.
