Tender for the Provision of Web Acquiring and Point of Sale Bank Services at Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA)
The Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) had set aside funds in its 2022 budget for the development of a single payment platform for all payment made to the Authority and intends to apply part of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this tender has been invited.
The Zambia Revenue Authority was developing a single payment platform for all payments made to the Authority. The payment system ought to provide use on both Domestic Tax and Customs Duty payments through various channels. One such channel was the card payment system

The Authority is therefore looking for a Web acquiring (e-commerce and Point of Sale (POS) hosting Bank for National Switch / Visa/Master/ Union Pay/Discovery / American Express Cards for Revenue Collection
The Zambia Revenue Authority therefore invites sealed bids from eligible and interested Commercial Banks and Financial Institutions to participate in the tender for the provision of Web Acquiring and Point of Sale Bank Services.
The tender document can be accessed by interested suppliers on the Electronic Government Procurement (EGP) platform.
