Tender for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Air Conditioning Equipment and Provision of the Annual Preventive Maintenance at ZNBS Head Office (Century House) - ZNBS/G/05/21

Zambia National Building Society (ZNBS) intends to engage experienced and reputable Air Conditioning Contractor for the Supply Delivery and Installation of Air Conditioning Equipment and Provision of the Annual Preventive Maintenance at Head office (Century House). In this regard, funds have been set aside in its 2021/2022 budget for payments of contract resulting from this invitation for the Supply Delivery and Installation of Air Conditioning Equipment and the Provision of the Annual Preventive Maintenance of Hood office

ZNBS now invites sealed bids from local bidders for the Supply Delivery and Installation of Air-Conditioning Equipment and Annual Preventive Maintenance at Head office. Bidders will be expected to quote for all items in the schedule of services/goods in each lot, failure to which they will be considered non-responsive
Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Bidding (ONB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2011

Preferential Procurement Guidelines as provided for in the Preferential Statutory Instrument No. 36 of 2011 will apply as follows:

Domestically Manufactured – 15%
Citizen-Owned company – 12%
Citizen-Empowered company – 8%
Citizen-Influenced company – 4%

The bids must be deposited in the tender box situated at Century House, 2nd Floor, Cairo Rood. Lusaka, Zambia (ZNBS - Head Office) on or before Friday 8th October, 2021 on or before 10:30hrs local time. The closing date for the receipt of bids is Friday 8th October, 2021 at or before 10:30hrs local time and any bid received after the time and date stipulated above shall not be accepted. The bids shall be opened via Zoom teleconference link shared in the bidding document,
