LTC/CDF/1/22: Tender for the supply and Delivery of a Brand New Grader at  Lumezi Town Council

1. Lumezi Town Council received the 2022 Constituency Development Funds (CDF) from the

Government of the Republic of Zambia through the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development and intends to procure a Motor Grader from reputable earth Moving equipment suppliers.

2. The Council now invite bids from reputable eligible bidders to participate in the supply and delivery of the Motor Grader as detailed in the bidding document.

3. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Bidding pursuant to the Public procurement act of 2020 and public procurement regulation of 2020 open to any interested eligible bidder.

4. The bids must be clearly marked as indicated in the table below and addressed to; The Council Secretary, Lumezi Town Council, PO Box 530193, Lumezi.

5. Interested reputable and eligible bidders can obtain further information and/or inspect the bidding document from The Procurement Officer, Mr. Lloyd Nkonde on 0979783006. Telefax and email bids will not be accepted.

6. A complete set of bidding documents are available at a non-refundable fee of ki, 000 (one thousand kwacha). Purchase and collection of bidding documents shall be done on Monday to Friday from 08:00-17:00.

7. Complete bidding documents should be deposited in the tender box in the Council Chamber on or before 23rd September, 2022 at 10:00hrs. Bids must be clearly marked and sealed. Late bids shall not be accepted. Bid closing and opening shall be done on 23 September, 2022 immediately after closing at the Council Chamber in presence of bidders or their representative who choose to attend. 8. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security (Bank Guarantee or Bid Bond) of 2% of the bid sum.
