Tender for the supply and delivery of 4,000 x 210 litres drums of bitumen at Road Development Agency (RDA)
TENDER NO. RDA/ORD/ONB/003/23:
The Road Development Agency (RDA) has received financing from the Government of the Republic of Zambia through the 2023 Road Sector Annual Work Plan (RSAWP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for payments under a contract for the supply and delivery of bitumen to be used for road maintenance works across the country.

The RDA now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply and Delivery of 4,000 X 210 Litres Drums of Bitumen through the Electronic Procurement System (e-GP). Bidding will be conducted through Open National Bidding procedures in accordance with Section 39 of the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020 and is restricted to citizen bidders only. More details are in the contained in the Solicitation Document.
Submission procedure
The bidding documents can be accessed from the e-GP system through the ZPPA website (www.zppa.org.zm) and the RDA website (www.rda.org.zm).
Bids should be submitted not later than Friday 23 June 2023 at 10:30 hours local time through the e-GP System
