ZESCO Limited in its annual budget has set aside funds towards the cost of Procurement of
Cable Fault Locator and Power Transformer Test System and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing payments under the Contract for the supply and delivery of Cable Fault Locator and Power Transformer Test System.
ZESCO Limited now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for supply and
delivery of Cable Fault Locator and Power Transformer Test System as follows:

Bidding will be conducted through open national bidding (ONB) procedures specified in the
Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2011 and is restricted to eligible citizen bidders only. The meaning of citizen bidder is provided in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding
