JOB DETAILS:
Main Duties:
• Should participate in calculating and revising Machine Production Standards.
• To participate in preparation of process cards for each one of the machine to be used by the operator and to
• Participate in checking of process and product parameters of machine, during Running and after running on daily basis.
• Help determining reasons for variance in process parameters and taking whatever action necessary to bring the process parameters of the machines into producing quality products at the optimum speed.
• Study available literature on tooling and assisting operating personnel in tool selection.
• Analyze machine and tooling problems and suggest improvements.
• Qualifications
• Grade Twelve certificate
• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering Conversant with the Integrated Management Systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Competent in computer word, excel, power point etc.
• Good interpersonal skills
