URGENT REQUEST FOR BIDS: PRIME LAND FOR SALE

1.0 NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BIDS

The purchaser is a company duly registered in the republic of Zambia and intends to construct its headquarters in a prime area. The purchaser now invites the submission of bids from individuals or corporate entities selling prime land with the below specifications.

2.0 PROPERTY DETAILS

• Location: Rhodes Park, Roma, Munali, Jesmondine, Northmead, Kabulonga, Long Acres, Woodlands and Olympia or surrounding areas.
• Size: 6,500 square meters to 7,500 square meters
• Radius from Central Business District: Within 15 KMS
• Special features: Should have easy access to a tarred road and be within 2 KMS to a bus stop.

3.0 SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

All bids must be emailed to the email procurementbuilding24@yahoo.com by Monday 7^th October 2024 at 14:00 hours.

4.0 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The purchaser will request to conduct site visits for submissions that will be found to be suitable and satisfactory.

The purchaser will before entering into a contract of sale for the land, carry out a due diligence exercise to ensure the land has no specific encumbrances/ caveats.

5.0 CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE

All submissions will remain confidential and will be reviewed by a designated Committee.
