About The Team Our product operations team strives to create the best social media app in Sub-Saharan Africa region. Lead a team to deliver solid results with responsibility for ensuring effective allocation of team resources and acting as an escalation point for challenging projects as well as helping team members to develop team and company culture, their skills and fulfil their potential. 2. Identify opportunities to improve existing workflows and procedures and develop and implement strategies to scale and standardise product and country operational processes. 3.Discuss and collaborate with cross functional teams globally and regionally in the operational execution of important in-region projects and form own judgments to be comfortable in independently taking decisions. 4. Be a lead across the operations team at a country level and also include responsibilities not limited to relations with government authorities, and with important enterprises such as network providers, etc.

Qualifications
• 1.Bachelor’s Degree or above at least 5+ years working experience in telecommunications industry and strong relations with leading tech network providers and other external government authorities and enterprises.
• 2. A solid understanding of mobile social product features.
• 4. Management experience of leading a large team.
• 5. Worked closely with cross-functional teams of various levels that are focused on bi-monthly/annual targets;
• 6. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English to coordinate with stakeholders from across the team and public speaking events.
• 7. Experience working in a fast paced and highly matrixed organisation and in an international business in a plus.
