JOB DETAILS:
The Warehouse Assistant shall manage the flow of products and stock via warehouse. This will be achieved by receiving and sending goods to and from the warehouse with accuracy at all times.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Receiving, checking, recording, organizing and storing stock as it is received.
• Taking inventories of stock and products with accuracy, ensuring that they are safely and properly stored
• Dispatching and loading goods (Seed Handling) out of the warehouse for delivery.

Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
• Full grade 12 certificate.
• Diploma in warehousing or related field.
• 1 Year of experience will be an advantage.
• He/She must be physically fit and able to lift and move stock in a safe manner.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Attention to detail especially with numerical data.
• Sound communication skills for work efficiency and effectiveness.
• Inventory tracking and warehouse management as per SOP.
• Being able to report accurately by actual monthly stock closings and counting in the warehouse.
• To identify internal controls and use verified documentations in the work delivery.
