As the project enters the delivery phase, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Wireless Engineer to join our team and provide technical and customer support.

As a Wireless Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our wireless projects. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical and customer support throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with the project team, including network engineers, project managers, and customers, to ensure seamless implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of wireless networks.

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support during the project delivery phase, including installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of wireless network equipment and components.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth project implementation and delivery, meeting customer requirements and project deadlines.
• Conduct network performance analysis, monitoring, and optimization to ensure optimal network performance and quality of service.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their technical inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate updates.
• Perform network audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance network performance and reliability.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess network coverage, capacity, and signal strength.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical documentation, including network diagrams, procedures, and guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to wireless networks and telecommunications.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, reports, and presentations as required.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; French speaking is essential.
• Proven experience in wireless engineering, with a focus on technical and customer support.
• Strong knowledge of wireless network technologies, including GSM, 3G, 4G/LTE, and emerging 5G standards.
• Familiarity with wireless network equipment, such as base stations, antennas, routers, and switches.
• Proficiency in network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLAN, MPLS, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP).
• Experience with network performance analysis and optimization tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting project deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CWNP) will be considered a plus.
