The Project is working closely with the Public Private Dialogue Forum (PPDF) to facilitate stakeholder engagements for meaningful reform. The PPDF is a forum established by government to strengthen dialogue and target impactful reforms for the purpose of innovation, job creation, investment, and economic growth. The forum provides a structured, participatory, and inclusive platform for public-private sector engagement on policy matters.The Project has issued a draft “Request for Proposals for Provision of Research and Technical Services to the PPDF Agriculture Technical Working Group (Ag TWG)”. The Ag TWG seeks to create an enabling business environment in the agriculture sector through evidence-based reforms. Organizations legally registered in Zambia are eligible to apply.

Terms of Reference, Individual Consultant – Strategic Plan at International School of LusakaIndividual consultant contract to draft the 5-year Strategic Plan for the International School of Lusaka

The International School of Lusaka is a leading international school established in 1963 in Lusaka, for children aged 2 to 18 years. ISL is accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) since 1997. The school is also a member of the Association of International Schools in Africa (AISA) and the Independent Schools Association of Zambia (ISAZ). The school is an IB World school and offers International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP), the International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC) and the International General and Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) curriculum, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP).
The consultant will support ISL management and the Board of Governors to develop a long-term strategy that will contribute to the implementation of the ISL Guiding Statements. The consultant will work closely with the Head of School, the Primary and Secondary Principal, the team coordinating the self-assessment of the CIS, and the Policy and Planning Committee. Building on the retreat as well as the different committees linked to the CIS re-accreditation, the consultant will draft a 5-year strategy for ISL with clear objectives, a monitoring framework, as well as the first annual workplan. The consultant will also develop the policy for the long-term planning of the school, and the procedures on how to link it to annual planning and budgeting.
