Description
• We are looking for a seasoned and reliable Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage our company’s financial operations and guide our financial strategy. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning, maintaining and improving fiscal performance, directing investment activities, and developing strategies to ensure the long-term financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, be a strategic thinker, and have excellent leadership skills. The CFO will work closely with other senior executives and will play a key role in the company’s overall success.

Responsibilities
• Develop financial strategies and ensure their alignment with company goals.
• Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
• Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors.
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting.
• Advise on long-term business and financial planning.
• Establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.

Requirements
• Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role.
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
• Ability to strategize and solve problems.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
