JOB DETAILS:
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Applied Data Engineering Lecturer to deliver high-quality instruction in data architecture, data processing, and data management techniques. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the academic and practical understanding of data engineering in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in data engineering, data analytics, and related subjects.
Mentor and advise students on academic and career development.
Conduct research in data engineering, focusing on areas such as big data, machine learning, and data warehousing.
Collaborate with industry partners to enhance curriculum relevance and practical applications.
Participate in departmental committees, outreach activities, and community engagement.

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
Strong expertise in data engineering concepts, tools, and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, Hadoop, Spark).
Previous teaching experience at the university level is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
