Job Summary
Responsible for interpretation and translation of both written and verbal exchanges from Chinese to English and vice-versa.

Key Responsibilities
• Interpret Chinese to English and vice-versa during meetings or on production line
• Facilitate communication between Chinese expatriates and local staff
• Able to attend meetings where interpretation from Chinese to English and vice-versa is required
• Draft or review documents that require Chinese interpretation
• Offer accurate and original Chinese interpretation
• Collaborate with Management team to ensure effective communication and cultural understanding
• Promote a culture of engagement and team work
• Handle any other tasks as required by management.

Requirements
• 1 – 3 years experience as a Chinese Interpreter
• Excellent interpretation and translation skills
• Must have studied Chinese language
• Proficient in computer skills
• Fluent in both Chinese and English language
• Flexible and willing to undertake other duties
• Attention to detail
• Good time management
