JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
• Ensure building are well maintained and facilities are kept clean .
• Perform maintenance and light repairs
• Perform routine landscaping on the grounds
• Supervise General workers on their day to day responsibilities
• Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
• Undertake light installation or simple plumbing works (e.g. replace leaking taps, repair cabinet doors)
• Repair or service garden equipment or appliances
• Assist contractors with electrical, plumbing or solar equipment repairs
• Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
• Identify and report the need for major repairs

Requirements and skills
• Proven experience as handyman
• Experience with hardware tools, Garden equipment (mowers, trimmers and hedgers) and electrical equipment
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or CCTV systems
• Able to perform basic to intermediate calculations and can write a report
• Good communication ability
• Well-organized and able to solve problems independently
• Grade Twelve Certificate (School Certificate)
• Preferrably candidates living around Chelston, Avondale, Waterfalls or Silverest surrounding area.
