About Us
• Barkrise Sales and Merchandising Solutions is a Merchandising company that specialises in providing marketing and sales solutions for the manufacturing industry and other sectors of the economy. Our services include product placement, market linkages, advertising, brand promotions, market research and analysis, retail audits, sales strategy development and sales data reporting.
• Barkrise Sales and Merchandising is looking for suitably qualified persons to fill the positions of Merchandisers and Brand Promoters.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Stocking sales floor and creating attractive product displays.
2. Maintaining and tracking inventory, this includes making orders for new stock when needed.
3. Writing inventory reports.
4. Set up and take down shelving, racks and other store fixtures to update or change product display.
5. Putting up new store price tags and ensuring old ones are taken down.
6. Ensure store staff are aware of any on-going or upcoming promotions and product details.
7. Use smartphones, email, and other technology to stay in constant contact with management, keeping them updated on inventory issues and store operations.
8. Ensures all goods are sold out before expiry.

Qualifications
• Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• Certificate in Marketing or any business related field an added advantage
• Experience in Merchandising is an added advantage.

• Good written and oral communication skills
• Physically fit and energetic.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Able to follow instructions and work under pressure.
• Honest
• Well-groomed, presentable and has etiquette.
• Computer literate
• Understand perfect store audit.
