Job Description
Are you passionate about meat, skilled with a knife, and looking for a rewarding career in butchery? Join our team as a Butcher and become an integral part of our busy and dynamic meat processing operation.

Responsibilities
1. Perform all butchery tasks including cutting, trimming, boning, and portioning meat according to specifications.
2. Ensure quality and freshness of all meat products.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
4. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
5. Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with meat selection and preparation tips.
6. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Butcher or Meat Cutter.
2. Knowledge of different cuts of meat and meat preparation techniques.
3. Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
6. Food safety certification is a plus.
