Job Description:
KEDA Zambia Ceramic Company is looking for proficient Chinese Translators to join our team in Lusaka. As a translator, you will play a crucial role in translating various documents from English to Chinese and vice versa, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and linguistic integrity. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional language skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Translate a wide range of documents including departmental reports, technical specifications, and legal documents.
• Proof-read and edit translated texts to ensure accuracy in grammar, punctuation, and style.
• Maintain consistency in terminology and style across all translations.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure clear communication and understanding.
• Conduct research to ensure proper understanding of technical and specialized content.
• Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a translator or similar role.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills in both languages.
