The Northern Technical College (NORTEC) invites applications from suitably qualified and interested individuals to fill the following position:

Secretary (01)
Qualification/ Experience
• Full Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate
• Diploma/Certificate in Secretarial Studies, or Office Management
• Minimum Shorthand Speed of at least 100/120 wpm and 50/55 wpm Typing
• Minimum of two (2) years work experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in using word processing (Word), spreadsheet (Excel) and presentation software (PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage emails efficiently and professionally
• Member of Zambia Institute of Secretaries (ZIS)

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
