JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
– Welcome clients and direct them to the correct staff member
– Coordinate messenger and courier service
– Provide a high quality cleaning service that includes:
• Clean, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Dispose of trash and recycling
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Stock and replenish bathroom supplies
• Clean windows and glass surfaces
• Maintain common areas and outdoor spaces
– Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
– Follow health and safety guidelines
– Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
– Grade 12 Certificate or GCE
– Proven experience as a cleaner
– A motorbike license with at least one year of experience will be added experience
– Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and techniques
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Attention to detail and thoroughness
– Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
– Good communication skills
