JOB DETAILS:
• Kvuno is looking for four Field Hub Agents (1 Lilongwe – Malawi, 1 Katete 2 Petauke – Zambia) to help deliver our digital services. This role requires 2-4 years of experience in data collection, basic knowledge of using technology, a valid motorbike license, and smartphone usage knowledge for data collection. We are looking for an outgoing, motivated Field Agent to join our Kvuno Hub service center team. In this role, you will be working with small scale producers and partners that currently use our products or that are considering our products and educate them on the value and benefits of our services. Your goal is to positively represent our brand and encourage client enrolment. We provide training on our product and service offerings. Our ideal candidate is someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and is excited to contribute to business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Coordinates and manages activities (i.e soil sample collection and analysis) and programs within the Kvuno Hub facilities; manages records for all activities and programs, as necessary; provides technical support for all services and product offered, supplies, and data analysis tools;
• Responsible for overseeing safety and security of Kvuno Hub facilities including maintaining current knowledge of all relevant protocols, regulations, standards, and safety procedures as well as developing and maintaining standard operating procedures;
• Oversees inventory management such as selecting, purchasing, storing, and allocating of Kvuno Hub resources in line with Hub activities.
• Responsible for Kvuno all Kvuno Hub assets, equipment, supplies, and data analysis tools including inspecting, maintaining, and/or troubleshooting; performs and documents routine advanced quality assurance and preventive maintenance;
• Manages financial activities and/or reports pertaining to the Kvuno Hub services ; assists in the preparation of budget estimates in line with Hub activities and resource requirements
• Performs various technical duties in support of activities; service and product delivery, training of partners, beneficiaries on product use and service enrolment.
• Collaborates with and/or serves as a liaison to agencies, administrators, departments, and/or stakeholders; represents senior administration on committees; events, workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
• Monitors, researches, and distributes information regarding implementing changes in regulatory guidelines as well as trends and developments in techniques and technology relevant to the field; maintains and updates protocol manuals;
• Performs other related duties as assigned such as bank deposits, funds reconciliation
• Test new service offering and train operators on implementation using the prescribed Standard of Operation.
• Coordinate with operations lead and management to develop respiratory care plans for patients and provide necessary health education training.
• Generate leads for potential business opportunity for Kvuno services or product offerings. While supporting in Increasing the number of Farmers utilizing our services within Vuno Sekls, registration of farmers using our services and issue farmer IDs.
• Educate potential customers and beneficiaries about our products (Soil testing, K’fuya, Z’wardy, Vuno Circles).

Requirements:
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in the field of Agriculture or rural development
• Proficient in operating computers, smart phones and digital application tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate machinery
• Understanding of workplace safety protocols
• Speaks Chichewa and/ Chinyanja an added advantage
