Job description
Are you an aspiring IT/Business Management personnel passionate about resolving IT/Telecom problems?
A successful candidate must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware, variety of applications, networks, power systems and operating systems. The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Troubleshooting networks
* Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on networks.
* Managing technical documentation.
* Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure smooth operation and to identify and address problems promptly.
* Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
* Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
* Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
* Providing technical support to end-users either face-to-face, over the phone or via email.
* Being able to do high level presentations to customers and also offer training on different products
* Managing and keeping track of IT inventory and equipment.
* Provide 2nd level support for network issues either by phone or remote access

Requirements and Qualifications:
* At least 2+ years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance or other relevant position
* Previous experience as a help desk technician, computer technician, or IT support
* Technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks and power systems
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
* Strong communication٫ organizational, interpersonal and time-management skills
* Hands on experience with diverse computer systems and networks
* Certification in CCNA or Huawei will be a big plus
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve multiple issues
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
* Comfortable in a diverse and fast-paced environment
* Goal-oriented, organized team player
* Advanced knowledge in commonly used Windows operating systems
* Exemplary problem-solving skills
