Location : Christian School of Kigali, Kigali Campus in Kibagabaga (1 teacher's place: a French teacher in the Secondary section );

Job Summary :

To ensure that learners (students) are in a safe learning environment and are successful in the subjects taught. The environment must be highly structured and highly interpersonal in order to enable students to flourish spiritually, academically, physically and emotionally.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS OF THE SECONDARY SECONDARY FRENCH TEACHER :

• Passion to serve and work hard;
  
• Diploma of University Studies in this field in Education;
  
• Mastery of the computer tool (Microsoft Word and Excel);
  
• Mastering French;
  
• Motivate and mentor others
  
• Knowledge of the system and requirements of education in Rwanda
  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FRENCH TEACHER OF THE SECONDARY SECTION
  
• Under the supervision of the Campus Director, the French teacher of the secondary section has the following responsibilities:
  
• Prepare and teach lessons professionally;
  
• Make the appropriate teaching materials;
  
• Ensure the class is in a supportive learning environment
  
• Maintain educational materials and show them at the request of any hierarchical authority;
  
• Keep and properly classify all students' books;
  
• To learn respect from students, to manage and jealously guard the school materials available to them;
  
• Make sure the class is neat and clean;
  
• Control the comings and goings of learners, accompany them wherever they are. On all occasions, he / she is responsible for his learners and must give them a good example;
  
• Participate in all meetings organized by the school;
  
• Check the punctuality and regularity of the students;
  
• Make all necessary reports as requested by the school administration;
  
• Ensure discipline and cleanliness of students are observed;
  
• Ensure the proper management and use of school materials made available to him;
  
• Work closely with parents, teachers, school authorities and other stakeholders
  
• Ensure good collaboration with the team leaders or their line managers;
  
• Do his work according to the decisions and instructions of his hierarchical authorities;
  
• Ensure that the language of instruction and other languages are used appropriately;
  
• To fulfill all the responsibilities entrusted by the school authorities;
  
• Check the proper use of student journals.
