JOB DETAILS:
Honey Bee Cakes Enterprise is looking to hire Vibrant and Hardworking Zambians based in Lusaka Province. Individuals must have a knowledge in Bakery, retail and courier services

Responsibilities
• Greeting customers and creating a welcoming environment
• Taking orders
• Providing advice to customers on baked goods and helping the customer select what best suites them
• Weighing ,Pre packing and packaging baked goods and baking supplies and tracking expiry dates
• Managing baking ingredients inventory and requesting the purchase of stock
• Maintain a clean and tidy area and performing other duties on request
• Cleaning the kitchen after business hours and preparing it for the next day
• Managing customer complaints and relaying them to the baker.

Requirements
• Grade 12 certificate
• State approved food handling certificate
• Vocational training or baking coursework would be of n advantage
• Previous experience in similar or same field
• Proficiency in weighing, pricing packaging and processing payments of baked goods
• a keen eye for detail and the ability to create visually applying displays of baked goods
• Knowledge of food and health industry regulations
• Ability to multitask and following instructions given by the baker
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
