JOB DETAILS:
Vuba Technologies Ltd is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Officer to drive growth and success in our software division across Malawi, Zambia, and Rwanda.
You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and implementing strategies to help achieve the company’s sales and revenue goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions.

REQUIREMENTS
• New or At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field;
fresh graduates with a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
• Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in ICT.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing budgets and reviewing financial statements.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
