Position
We are looking for an energetic, quick-thinking and enthusiastic call center assistant with the ability to assist the Field Coordinator with sales in the field. The successful applicant will be interested in learning about solar energy and SunnyMoney operations. They will be creative, adaptive and able to work well as part of a team.

Job Description and Duties
Your main tasks and responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
Mainly Office Based
SunnyMoney Schools
• Assist the Call Center to help coordinate and manage sales communications with all schools involved in the SunnyMoney Schools Campaign (including liaising with any governmental organizations as needed, PEO and DEBS offices)
• Record communications and orders from schools; responsible for updating of SunnyMoney Schools where needed.
• Manage all communications on faults and queries
• Responsible for communications with the field teams on delivery dates, orders and meeting times
DFID Grant Clinic
• Make calls to point person at hospital for scheduled updates
• Give regular updates on communications between the hospitals and SM
• Assist in informing when teams would be going in for M & E work etc and ensuring they are prepared for our visit
• Going into the field to do assist with interviews
• Assist in follow up questions for interviews and compiling reports
Minimal Front Office Support
• Handle solar sales in the office
• Manage customer care line as needed
• General logistics – include agent shipping
• Follow up phone calls with customers
• Dealing with orders from agents
Perform other related duties as required
