Innovations for Poverty Action is inviting quotations from reputable and experienced taxi service providers for the provision of transportation services. We require reliable taxi services on an as and when needed basis for in town transportation.

Details of the services required are as follows:

Service Description: The selected provider(s) will be responsible for offering safe and efficient taxi services to our organization’s employees, visitors, and clients as needed.

Service Period: The contract will be for a period of 1 year, with the option for renewal based on satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.

Service Coverage: The services will cover transportation needs within Lusaka, including but not limited to airport transfers, corporate trips, and other ad-hoc transportation requests.

Pricing Structure: Monthly Quotations will be provided on a per-kilometer basis. The rates should be inclusive of all applicable taxes,Mileage will be calculated based on the distance between the start and finish points of each trip.

Additional Requirements:

– Vehicles must be well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition.
– Drivers must be licensed, experienced, and courteous.
– Providers must have a proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
– Insurance coverage for passengers and vehicles must be up to date.
