JOB DETAILS:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Customer service and customer satisfaction which includes greeting the customers and answering questions in a friendly manner as well as handling customer complaints.
• Receive the deposits from the field team (sales and marketing) for sales of products as well as Direct customer sales at HQ.
• To make reconciliations for the money received from the sales vs the records through customer receipts of such sales.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of transactions with all the proper approvals. This means that it is the responsibility of the cashier to ensure that requisition books have proper authorizations captured.
• The cashier is responsible to ensure that they keep to the maximum amount of cash in the cash box at HQ.
• Perform any other task as assigned by the line manager.

Education and Work Experience
• Diploma in Accounting or Business Studies.
• At least 1 year’s experience as Cashier.

Required Skills
• An eye for detail.
• Good record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to use a computer and software systems.
• Ability to generate reports in Microsoft Excel.
• Customer satisfaction oriented.
• Strong math skills
• Strong communication and time management skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
