JOB DETAILS:
African Panorama Investment Group Limited is a comprehensive group corporation with construction installation, real estate development, and overseas investment as its primary businesses and property management, garden greening, and project ornamentation as its supporting businesses.

We are seeking the services of Civil Engineer- Plumbing

Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures
• Plan, advise and supervise plumbers for the better work outcomes.
• Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs.
• Advise the management team of the critical equipment and systems that could be hazardous.
• Respond to, diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies
• Follow building plans and blueprints
• Analyzing of building codes, following safety regulations and safety practices
• Installing plumbing pipes and fixtures and conducting map layouts for pipes and drainage systems.

Qualifications
• Must have a Full grade 12 certificate
• Degree in Civil engineering at an accredited institution.
• Knowledge and experience in building construction and plumbing works and be able to advise and supervise plumbers
• 5 years’ Experience
• 30 to 45 years old
• Registered member of the EIZ

Communication and Teamwork:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other team members.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
• Collaboration skills to work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve plumbing related issues.
• Ability to make informed decisions, considering project constraints and objectives.
• Adaptability to handle unexpected challenges and changes in project requirements.

Professionalism and Ethics:
• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Integrity and ethical conduct in dealing with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends, advancements and best practices.
