Summary of the job
Office Cleaner will clean and sanitize the offices and surroundings. Must work with minimal supervision and must have relevant professional cleaning and gardening experience, and is efficient in mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and other custodial duties. Must be a hardworking individual to implement a high standard of cleanliness. Able to work both on a team and alone, so being able to collaborate with others, follow instructions from your supervisor, and stay on-task is key.
Office Cleaner/Gardner Duties and Responsibilities

Gardener Roles
• Plants, transplants, fertilizes, applies chemicals, waters, prunes, and weeds flower beds and plant areas.
• Maintains flowers and the lawn
• Develops a landscape plan and implements it
• Plants and propagates bedding plants.
• Picks up and disposes of litter.
• May assist in various maintenance activities as required.
• Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
• Irrigate, mow, rake, and trim lawns.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Office Cleaner Roles
• Clean workspaces, common areas, offices, and restrooms
• Sweep, mop, and clean windows
• Dust and polish various surfaces
• Restock restrooms with supplies and make requests as and when needed.
• Empty trash bins
• Keep track of cleaning schedule
• Cleaning and keeping surroundings clean and beautiful.
• Ensure that office supplies are secured.

Office Cleaner Requirements and Qualifications
• Prior cleaning experience (highly preferred)
• A high standard for cleanliness
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Time-management skills
• Physical stamina
• Able to pass a background check.
