Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, content creation, and social media management. This role requires someone who can produce visually appealing and engaging content, manage our social media presence, and effectively communicate our brand’s message across various digital platforms. The candidate should be proficient in design software and video editing tools, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.
• Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality visual content including graphics, flyers, banners, social media posts, and short-form videos that align with the brand’s identity.
Social Media Management: Manage and execute the social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. This includes scheduling regular posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
Graphic Design: Develop creative concepts and design assets for digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Video Editing: Create and edit short-form videos for social media using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software. Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms and formats.
Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all content and platforms.
Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and engage with the online community to build a strong social media presence.
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design, social media, and digital marketing to implement new ideas and strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing goals and campaigns. Provide support for other design needs as required.
Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance, generate reports on key metrics, and suggest improvements based on data insights.
• Required Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, and social media management.
Skills:Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, and similar tools.
Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or other video editing software.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including best practices for content creation and posting.
Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO best practices is a plus.
Creativity: A creative thinker with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in graphic design and social media content creation.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging copy for social media posts.
Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality, error-free work.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team and take constructive feedback.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory if the candidate has strong relevant experience.
