Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
• Obtain information by answering and making calls to customers, interviewing clients, and verifying information.
• Customer’s assessment.
• Payments recording through mobile money channels and other platforms.
• Renewal of customers on relevant platforms.
• Registration of customers.
• Attend complaints or any other issues related to our WidEnergy products.
• Managing relationships with clients and other Customer Care team members.
• Resolve customer queries, and complaints from Sales Reps agents and escalate to authorities where need be.
• Follow up on late payments.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Conduct system & process calibration.
• Stay current on product and system knowledge.
• Educate clients on relevant information such as SHS Return policy, Referral tokens, weekly.
• Perform other assignments as assigned by the supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Requirements
• A Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or Public relations
• Ability to speak one or two local languages is a must
• IT is an added advantage
• A minimum of 1- 3 years of working experience.
• Hands-on experience in using Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge and understanding of customer relations.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Must have strong organisational and communication skills.
• Sober character and high etiquette in customer handling.
• Pay attention to detail.
