JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
• The duties will include but are not limited to the following:
• Conduct operator training according to annual training schedule
• To train all NFCA Operators on DD422i and make sure that good results are achieved.
• Carry out final assessment in working areas
• Feedback on operator performance
• Documentation, enter new data, updates lectures.
• Undertake other duties as and when assigned by training supervisor
• To carry out training need analysis

Qualification & Requirements
• Grade 12 school certificate
• Teaching Methodology Valid Blasting License
• Valid First Aid Certificate
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience
• Able to operate DD422i and DD421 equipment/machine
• Power point skills
• Computer literate
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
• Must be self-motivated, a great team player and must be able to handle pressure.
