• Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Drilling Supervisor. The Drilling Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the drilling operations in accordance with the drilling program. Their responsibilities include identifying potential hazards in the drilling process and ensuring that the safety protocols are followed. They will also be responsible for coordinating rig move activities, completion, and supervising drilling and completion operations.

Qualifications
• Supervisory Skills, Completion, Drilling and Drilling Engineering skills
• Experience in drilling operations and successful completion of drilling programs
• Ability to identify potential hazards in the drilling process and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using drilling equipment and software
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred
