Job Title: Executive Assistant - ECA (1682)

Are you an experienced senior Executive Assistant looking for an opportunity to work in the INGO sector? Do you have proven experience of providing high level Personal Assistant support to a regional Director in a demanding environment? Then this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

As Executive Assistant you will support Tearfund's Head of East and Central Africa Region, based in Kigali, Rwanda. You will play a key part in supporting the Senior Management team alongside diary and email management, meeting coordination and arranging travel.

This role requires excellent organisational and administrative skills, the ability to prioritise and high attention to detail. The successful candidate will be assertive and confident, a natural relationship builder with exceptional communication skills.

Previous Executive Assistant experience is essential.

Please note this role is fixed term for 1 year.
