Expression of Interest for The Consultancy for Development of USAID-Z-CHPP Final Report

1. Introduction

Pact accomplishes this by strengthening local capacity, forging effective governance systems, and transforming markets into a force for development.

2. Project Background

With PEPFAR funds received through the United States Agency for International Development, Pact is implementing the Zambia Community HIV Prevention Project (USAID Z-CHPP) in 11 high-HIV burdened districts in six provinces of Zambia. Project implementation began on 23 November 2015 and ends on 22 November 2021. Pact implements the project with Plan International and 6 Sub-Partners. The goal is to reduce new HIV infections in Zambia. It targets priority populations comprising Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW); People Living with HIV; Mobile Populations; Discordant Couples and Non-Injecting Drug Users.

3. Consultancy: Development of Final Report for USAID Z-CHPP.

The consultancy will involve the development of the final report of the USAIDZ-CHPP. The report will cover the project period November 2015 to 30 September 2021. The audience for the report is PEPFAR/USAID Zambia.

4. The objectives of the consultancy are to:

4.1 Develop the final report for USAIDZ-CHPP. The report will:
• Describe the activities of the project and the results attained, both quantitatively and qualitatively, during the project period.
• Assess progress made towards accomplishing project results; indicate the significance of activities undertaken and state comments, findings, and recommendations.

4.2 Generate two success stories and incorporate them into the report.

4.3 Generate and incorporate into the report an index of all reports and information products produced under this project and recommendations regarding unfinished work as well as recommendations on program continuation.

Pact Zambia now calls on firms or individuals with a verifiable track record of developing compendiums of program interventions for donor funded programs to express interest in this consultancy.
