JOB DETAILS:
As the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all financial aspects of our organization. Your primary objective will be to provide strategic financial guidance, drive financial performance, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. Reporting to the senior management team, you will be responsible for leading the finance team and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company’s goals and objectives.
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting principles, maintaining accurate and transparent financial records.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial analysis, identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
• Monitor key financial metrics, prepare financial reports, and present financial performance to the senior management team and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic financial advice and insights to support decision-making, investment opportunities, and business planning.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, changes in financial regulations, and best practices to ensure the company’s financial health and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, sales, and HR, to support business initiatives and drive financial success.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; or professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA,CPA, CFA) preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior finance management role, preferably within food processing sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a finance team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors and financial institutions.
