• ZM Business Solutions Limited is the Zambian branch out of a total of 5 branches we currently have across South Africa & the DRC. This 6th branch is currently in its infancy and we are looking to officially begin our expansion into Zambia & the transportation & logistics space as a whole. Zambia is a country brimming with opportunity given its stable economy, strong economic decision-making, and dedicated leadership. We look forward to working with local Zambians to first understand and then add value through our over two decades of experience in domestic and cross-border logistics across the SADC region. Your Tasks:
As ZM Business Solutions Limited continues to expand its activities, we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated General Manager (GM) to join our team. The GM will play a pivotal role in providing support to all relevant stakeholders, add to our understanding of this dynamic market, and facilitate the effective execution of our projects for us to grow within the country.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee overall operations, ensuring accuracy & compliance.
· Analyse financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to drive informed decision-making.
· Manage & support the truck driver (& other possible associates) in driving sales and business.
· Liaise with executive team on prospective projects & regarding major decision-making.
· Collaborate with relevant third parties to ensure efficient project execution and timeline adherence.
· Communicate all relevant information with precision to executives to support the organization’s growth and success.

Your Profile:
· Some experience in transport/logistics or leadership roles.
· Trustworthy, reachable, and reliable (glued to your phone).
· Strong analytical skills with a focus on logistics.
· Excellent communication and management abilities to lead others, collaborate with stakeholders of all types, & present yourself and the company excellently.
· Ability to respond swiftly to challenges and opportunities in a dynamic environment.
· Fluency in spoken and written Nyanja & English is essential; Some French proficiency is an advantage but not necessary.
