JOB DETAILS:
Neelkanth Fresh Foods Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR strategy and operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
3. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
5. Process payroll and benefits administration.
6. Manage employee performance management and development programs.
7. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and investigations.
8. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
9. Provide HR support to management and employees.
10. Knowledge/experience in Union management.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– 3 years minimum of experience in HR roles.
– Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
– Proficiency in HRIS systems and software.
– Experience or knowledge in the Dove Payroll system
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
– Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.
