JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the HR processes and payroll functions to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Payroll Management:
• Process monthly/bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain and update employee payroll records including tax forms, benefits, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
Prepare payroll reports for management.
HR Administration:
• Manage employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork, orientations, and system setup.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and managing job postings.
Handle employee inquiries related to HR and payroll issues.
Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
Monitor attendance and leave applications to ensure accuracy in the payroll system.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Generate reports related to payroll, taxes, and HR metrics.
Assist in the preparation of audits and compliance checks.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an HR or Payroll Administrator, or similar role.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, laws, and best practices.
Experience with HR and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, etc.).
Knowledge of Belina Payroll Software or Dove Payroll Software is a strong advantage.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in HR or payroll management (e.g., CPP, PHR) is an advantage.
