Overview:
As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading and managing the kitchen team, overseeing food preparation, maintaining high culinary standards, and creating innovative menus that delight our guests.

Qualifications:
• Culinary, Diploma, degree or equivalent certification
• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a fine dining restaurant or hotel
Creative and innovative culinary skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Craft exceptional menus and maintain food quality
• Oversee kitchen operations and staff
• Maintain inventory levels and control food costs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with management to develop new culinary concepts and offerings
