JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
As the Head of Production, you will oversee all production activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Your role will involve storyboarding, script editing, and utilizing your strong video and photo editing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Production Management: Develop and implement production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and monitor adherence to schedules and budgets.
Storyboarding & Script Editing: Create and visualize detailed storyboards, edit scripts for clarity and feasibility, and ensure alignment with the client’s vision.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of videographers, photographers, and editors. Provide guidance, training, and support, conduct regular team meetings, and evaluate performance.
Quality Control: Ensure all outputs meet quality standards, conduct quality checks, and maintain control processes.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Equipment Management: Oversee maintenance and proper use of equipment, manage inventory of supplies, and ensure availability of necessary resources.
Coordination & Communication: Serve as the primary client contact during production, coordinate with creative and account teams, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Video & Photo Editing: Edit content to meet project specifications, enhance visual and audio elements using editing software.
Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve production issues, handle emergencies and last-minute changes efficiently.
Reporting: Prepare reports on production activities and present them to senior management.

Qualifications:
• Relevant qualification in Film Production, Media Studies, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years in a production management role within media/film.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in production management and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Flexibility to work irregular hours as needed.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
