JOB DETAILS:
Human Resources Officer .

Kings Chemicals is looking to hire a Human Resources Officer to be responsible for the following:
1. Support the development and Management of the HR initiative and systems;
2. Provide advice and counseling on company HR policy;
3.Assist the recruitment of staff by preparing job descriptions, managing the hiring process, preparing staff contract and monitoring of the performance management process;
4. Assist in disciplinary issues involving staff
5. Have a working knowledge and through grasp of labour law and the new employee code; and 6. maintain up to date records and filing of all staff documentation.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
1. A degree in Human Resource Management or Public Administration or related social science with at least three (3) years experience at a similar level with a proven track record.
2. Thorough grasp of labour law and the new employee code.
3. Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM)
4. Have good team working abilities.
5. Being proactive and self-motivated.
