JOB DETAILS:

Overall Responsibility
To undertake the human resource management function in order to facilitate efficient and effective operations of the Commission.

Principal Accountabilities
• To undertake effectively human resources management functions in order to enhance staff morale and optimize utilization of human resources;
• To undertake effectively human resources planning and forecasting in order to maintain an optimum number of staff;
• To undertake effectively the interpretation of Terms and Conditions of Service in order to ensure compliance:
• To undertake effectively coordination of the development of the Strategic and operational plans in order to provide strategic direction;
• To undertake effectively development, implementation and review of human resources and administrative policies in order to provide an operating framework.

Qualifications
• Full Grade 12 Certificate:
• Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent:
• Member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management;
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience from a reputable organisation:
• Must be aged between 25 and 35 years.

Communication Skills
• Written Skills: ability to write reports
• Oral Skills: ability to communicate effectively in English
