Invitation for Registration as Suppliers at Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI)
The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) is a global health organization committed to saving lives and reducing the burden of disease in low and middle-income countries while strengthening the capabilities of governments and the private sector in those countries to create and sustain high-quality health systems that can succeed without our assistance.
CHAI Zambia is inviting applications from established and reputable companies to register as suppliers for goods and services for the period January 2023 to December 2023 in the following categories:
1. Office supplies
- General stationery
- Office furniture

Submission Procedure
Interested companies should submit their sealed Expressions of interest (EOI) which should include: 1. Cover letter (expressing interest and specifying the category (ONE category per company) 2. Company profile (with contact details and physical address)
3. Certificate of incorporation or registration
4. VAT registration and tax clearance certificates
5. Copy of bank statement for the past 3 months.
Submission Procedure
All companies currently registered with CHAI Zambia must re-apply by submitting all documentation listed above.
All applications must be sent via email to zambiaprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org with the caption Vendors Registration - Category:.........
No hard copy submissions. The deadline for submission is Monday, 14th November 2022.
There will be a pre-registration screening by the Procurement Committee. Only successful applications will be registered. However, please note that registration does not constitute an automatic offer of business.
